Pelucida/Classy Glass offers these ordering options:

If you are a dealer or wholesale vendor, you can shop our products online and order by phone or email. Search products by material, shape, color and more. Prices listed are retail.

  1. Phone: 877-814-5404 Dial the extension for Sales and this will connect you with a sales representative who can assist with your order. See the list below that outlines the information you'll need to have ready to place your order. You'll get a follow-up email with instructions on submitting your logo(s) to us for your order.
  2. Email: you can email your order information to our sales team at sales@classyglass.net. See the list below for the information we'll need to process your order. Logo instructions are located further down on this page.


Information You Need to Place Your Order:

Important Note: If you know what products you want but won't have your text and recipient information available, we encourage you to place your order now, so we can order materials and schedule your production order.

  • What awards have you chosen? Please provide Part Numbers and Quantities you will need.
  • When do you need them? Please provide the actual date you need them in hand.
  • Engraving text and logo?
    We have a team of graphic artists that can take logos and text and creatively lay them out on your chosen awards. Please indicate what text you would like on each item.
    • If there is common text (to be engraved on a group of awards), please indicate that, and then if there is any unique text for the items.
    • For orders with over 25 items, supplying the text in an Excel spreadsheet is recommended. Contact our sales team if you have any questions.
    • Please have your text font choice(s) selected.

Important Information about Set Up Fees and Shipping Charges

Initial set up charge of $40 (net) for each different award/design, and $4 (net) for each copy change.
Additional drop ship addresses have a $5.60 (net) handling charge.


Basic Colors and Pantone Matching

Many customers choose to fill their engravings with color. Please have your color choices selected. Here is information on color choices for engrave fill:

  • Basic colors: We have a variety of standard colors that can be used for paint filling. If you want your text in red, and your logo in a royal blue, we will be able to do this without Pantone Matching. In general, color fill adds between $15-30 per part.
  • Silver fill: silver fill can be added to your text or logo on glass and crystal awards. This fill is sometimes used when there is a lot of text to read. It will enhance the copy and make it pop. The cost to add silver fill is $7.00 per award.
  • Pantone match: we cannot match Pantone colors exactly. However, we can come very close. This has been generally acceptable to all clients. There is a one-time fee of $50 per Pantone color matching.

Logo files for engraving items:

  • Logo files are to be vector art images created by graphic programs such as Adobe Illustrator.
  • The images need to be black line, no color or shading.
  • The files need to be sent as .EPS or .AI format.
  • Files that are not sent in this format may require additional time and cost for our graphic artists to redraw (costs range from $50-$150).

Logo files for color printed items:

  • Logo files are to be vector art images created by graphic programs such as Adobe Illustrator.
  • The images need to be black line, no color or shading.
  • The files need to be sent as .EPS format.
  • Files that are not sent in this format may require additional time and cost for our graphic artists to redraw (costs range from $50-$150).
  • We will also need a color version of the logo to allow us to correctly apply color in the right areas.

Production time: Normal production is 5 to 15 business days depending on item, availability and the quantity needed. For more information regarding the order process, timelines, and logo requirements, contact our sales representatives for assistance at 877-814-5404.


Shipping Location:

  • Please have ready the shipping location/destination for the awards.
  • If you are shipping products to multiple addresses, need to ship internationally, or have complex requirements for your shipping needs, please discuss with your sales representative.
  • Attention of: Who from your organization will be on hand to receive the awards?

Shipping Disclaimer:

  • Pelucida/Classy Glass cannot be held accountable for delivery once our products leave our manufacturing facility. We cannot control the shipping companies and cannot be responsible for any late arrival of shipments. We highly recommend implementing a shipping time "buffer" to orders, so that even when late, a shipment may still be on time for a special date.

Billing Location:

  • What is the mailing address of your organization? This may be a corporate headquarters, individual location, or division. We will be keeping your order information under this name and location for future reference.
  • This may or may not be the same as the billing name and address on the credit card.

Credit Card for your order:

  • We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express for payment of your order. Please have the name, number, expiration date and security code ready when placing your order.
  • Your credit card will be billed at the time of order placement. For some orders, shipment charges will be billed at the time of shipment.


What Happens After You Submit Your Order?

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will be emailed an Order Confirmation from the representative responsible for your order. If there is any additional information we require or if we have questions about your order, we will contact you to confirm these items.
  • Art Proof:
    You will receive an Art Proof that lays your logo(s) and text out on a template of the award. The timing of this is generally within several days of your order placement. The Art Proofs give you a chance to confirm spelling, grammar, etc. Please try to review these promptly to keep your order on schedule.
  • Shipment Tracking Documentation:
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking documentation so you can check on the arrival date and time of your order.


What About Returns?

Pelucida/Classy Glass is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If your shipment arrives damaged, or broken, or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace your items at no charge. Please check your shipment upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.

  • Engraved/personalized products, as well as custom made products are not resalable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bulk purchases and orders are special manufacturing runs and cannot be returned for credit.
  • Non-personalized items may be returned for credit within 7 days of purchase if you have gotten approval from your sales representative prior to returning them. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and undamaged.
  • We do not refund shipping costs or pay for the return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply on order cancellations unless the cancellation occurs on the same business day the order is placed. You have until the end of the business day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST) to cancel your order for a full refund. Once the proof is approved on an order, the order cannot be cancelled.
